Return and exchange policy

We thank you for choosing Ttajer to buy your favorite products and we are pleased to serve you. Regarding the return and exchange policy for the products that you have purchased, do not worry. We at Ttajer will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you, through the following procedures:

1 – The policy of the time period for the return or exchange of purchases

Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2- The policy of returning or exchanging purchases

This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition upon purchase.

When returning, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in their original packaging.

– Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer delivers them to the Ttajer with a technical report from the authorized agent’s maintenance center inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In the event of a return or exchange, the customer must hand over the device to a Ttajer, while adhering to the above conditions.

3 – Procedures and locations for return and exchange:

– The customer can return or exchange purchases in Riyadh at Ttajer for free, provided that the conditions mentioned in Article 2 above are met.

The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning products.

4- Retrieval methods:

– The customer has the option to refund the value of his purchases or exchange them for another product, according to the customer’s choice.

– To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) working days, and the customer must follow the payment procedures through the bank branch with which he deals.

5 – Exceptions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy:

Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.

Non-matching of the serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance compared to the product upon receipt during the purchase process and as written in the purchase invoice.

– All digital contents included with the product such as DVDs, CDs, etc.

All software and device drivers.

inks.

All internet packages that were previously activated with the products.

All body care devices and food and beverage preparation devices.

6- Privacy notice:

– Ttajer is not responsible for the loss of any customer data during the exchange or recovery process.

– Tajer is not responsible for any personal information or data stored on the customer’s device.

The customer is fully responsible for moving and transferring any personal data or settings to the new device when needed.

7- Other terms and conditions:

The customer has the right to return and refund the invoice amount within 3 days from the date of the request for furniture purchases only

– The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.

– In the event that the customer’s receipt of the product is postponed, the customer has the right to request the service of storing the purchased items at Ttajer for a fee of 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month that is stored.

– In the event that the customer’s receipt of the product is delayed, Ttajer has the right to add 10% of the total value of the stored products, for each month of delay in receiving, to be collected in cash from the customer.

– In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service fees or bank transfer fees (25 riyals) will be charged.

In the event that the order is by installments with Tabby, and the order is canceled during the regular delivery period, the customer will bear a fee of 10% of the order value
